I move forward, releasing negative patterns from my life. I am in the flow of the universe and living my best life yet. I give to the universe as it gives to me every positive pattern. I am capable. I am love. I am Spirit incarnate meeting Spirit incarnate. Together we make a better world. I breathe in positive, health and vitality. I exhale negativity and blockage. I am whole, complete, and perfect. I allow the universe to flow around me, through me, as me. Together, we are perfection, love, and harmony. I am one with all I see. I move and have my being in the perfection, harmony, and love. I feel the love of all seen and unseen. I love that which is out of balance and gently move it into balance. I am free of negativity and blockage. Thank you Spirit for my being.
